Michael – Healer, Reiki Teacher, and Spiritual Guide
Michael began his spiritual journey during a tough time in his life, after the end of a long-term relationship. He spent five years focusing on forgiveness and self-healing, deeply inspired by the teachings of Katheryn Ponders, which he discovered at Unity Church.
His commitment to growth led him to a course with Shirley McClane, where he was one of just 100 men among over 1,000 participants. There, he met a woman who became his spiritual teacher, living with him for a year and a half and guiding him every evening. After months of dedication, Michael began to feel healing energy flow through his hands, awakening his lifelong passion for healing.
He became a Johrei channel and later studied Mari-El healing with Ethel Lombardi, one of the original Reiki Masters trained by Madame Takata. From there, he began working with energy full-time—volunteering at healing centers and leading a popular healing circle in Chicago for 10 years.
With over 30 years of experience, Michael is a well-respected teacher of Reiki and spiritual development. He uses a wide range of healing methods, many of which have come through divine guidance. His path has also led him into shamanic work, expanding his ability to help others heal.
Michael met Kathy over eight years ago when she was guided to study Reiki with him. Since then, they’ve become close friends and partners in healing, combining their gifts to support others on a deep spiritual level.

Kathy is a highly experienced and certified Reiki Master Teacher, Shaman, and Psychic Medium. Her journey as a master healer began in early childhood when she discovered her unique ability to see, hear, and communicate with spirits. Growing up in a family with a rich lineage of psychic skills, Kathy initially believed that everyone could connect with the spiritual realm as naturally as she could.As a teenager, Kathy realized her extraordinary talent for directing energy, leading her to start healing her loved ones even before she received any formal training. Driven by a deep calling, Kathy eventually sought to enhance her natural gifts through education. After completing her graduate degrees, she encountered Michael, a mentor who guided her through all three degrees of Reiki, ultimately becoming a certified Reiki Master Teacher.Kathy’s passion for healing is a lifelong journey. Her insatiable desire to learn more led her to shamanism, where she gained profound knowledge and further honed her healing abilities.
